Stand Alone Version

The Stand Alone version allows one person to access Bid Advantage at a time. Even if the software is installed on multiple computers, only the computer that has the USB dongle installed may operate the software.

Network Version

The Network version uses a central database to govern user access and sync management information between clients. A Tri-User USB Dongle is installed on the server to allow access to the bidding software to three users simultaneously. The caveat is that users must be able to connect to the server to open Bid-Advantage. This is only possible if the client is on the same network as the server or if it is connecting using some sort of VPN software.
